Rritta Sharma brings to Vomraya a career shaped by two of India's most demanding hospitality institutions. She held customer service leadership roles at Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi and The Oberoi Resorts across Shimla and Hurghada — environments where precision, discretion, and the art of anticipating need are not aspirations but daily standards.
For fifteen years, Rritta stepped away from professional life to raise her two daughters — a deliberate, full-time commitment she regards not as a pause but as the most formative chapter of her leadership education. The discipline, patience, and long-horizon thinking that parenting demands are qualities she carries directly into how Vomraya is built and run.
A qualified Real Estate Broker in Dubai and a certified Reiki healing practitioner, Rritta operates at the intersection of commerce and human wellbeing. Her move into entrepreneurship is grounded in the same conviction that runs through every Vomraya business: that lasting value is created through intention, not momentum.
A committed fitness enthusiast, she leads Vomraya with the same rigour she applies to everything she undertakes — methodical, resilient, and built for the long run.

Tapan Piplani is a hospitality industry operator with a track record built across the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS. As Chief Operating Officer of Valor Hospitality Partners for the MEA and CIS region, he led the company from its formation through to multi-million dollar revenues, sustained profitability, and a wide geographical footprint spanning multiple markets — a rare achievement in one of the world's most operationally complex hospitality territories.
His experience spans hotel operations, business development, and regional P&L management across markets where institutional knowledge and relationship capital are the true barriers to entry. At Vomraya, he brings that operational depth to bear on the group's expansion strategy — particularly across the MEA corridor that sits at the heart of the group's international ambitions.
